Join us on Friday 19th February @ Hanover Community Centre
and meet the StressBusters!

The FREE event will include an introductory talk about the ideas behind the StressBusters programme, as well as practical demonstrations of several different stress-busting approaches, giving you just a small taster of what future Brighton StressBusters events will bring.

Hove StressBusters is a public forum powered by the Sussex Wellbeing Company. The forum is open to therapists, practitioners, teachers and the members of the local community interested in exchanging knowledge and learning different approaches to understanding and combating stress.
