Handfuls of Health with Jin Shin Jyutsu

Jin Shin Jyutsu® (JSJ) is the ancient Japanese art of harmonizing the energy within the body. It is a subtle yet powerful body energy therapy. Similar to both acupuncture and acupressure, it could be called acupresence, as it does not involve either needles or pressure, just a gentle touch.

JSJ can help you overcome most common ailments and diseases, while also restoring the delicate balance between your physical, emotional and mental well-being. It is an effective and safe therapy that harnesses the body's power to heal itself. Its impact is both energizing and deeply relaxing.

You can experience JSJ in two ways:

1. By having a session with a JSJ practitioner. As you lie fully-clothed on a couch, the practitioner gently guides the body to stimulate its energy channels. The session lasts 60 minutes but the effects last for much longer. Plus, after each session the client is always given some JSJ holds to self-apply for continued re-energising and harmonizing literally whenever.

2. By learning Self-help, the touchstone and core of JSJ. Through group sessions, Jin Shin Jyutsu engages you in simple self-study so you can learn to treat yourself. No pen or paper needed, only your hands. Touching is believing!
